David TEURTRIE

David Teurtrie holds a PhD in political geography and is a lecturer at the Institut Catholique d’Études Supérieures (ICES). He is also a research fellow at the Center for European and Eurasian Studies (CREE) at INALCO. His research focuses on the geopolitics and geoeconomics of Russia and Eurasia. He is the author of Russia: The Return of Power (Dunod, 2024), which received the Albert Thibaudet Prize from the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences. He also lectures at ISIT and is a member of the Institute for Slavic Studies. Teurtrie has held posts in Russia and the South Caucasus within the cultural network of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
